Most of the people using Google calendar for their day to day activities. Sometimes people need to share their activities with others for personal and business purpose, then they would like to share their calendar with others. Also, some people create the event calendar and need to show the public calendar view, so how to share the Calendar to Public or Specific people?
Share Google Calendar to Public
Following steps guide you to make the Google Calendar as Public view
- Login to Google Calendar account
- Select your calendar what you would like to share
- Click on the options icon in the right three dots
- Select the settings and Sharing Menu
- In the Access permission section select the option “Make available to public”
Now your calendar will be public, then click on the GET SHAREABLE LINK, it will open the URL for you Public Calendar you can share this URL to Publicly.
Share Google Calendar to Specific friends
Following steps guide you to make the Google Calendar as Specific friends
- Login to Google Calendar account
- Select the calendar you would like to share
- Click on the option and select the settings and Sharing
- In the Share with specific people section click on ADD PEOPLE
- Select your friends what you would like to share the calendar
- Then select the permission level and click to SEND
Now your calendar will be shared to your friends if you would like to stop sharing the calendar you can just remove the friends by click on the Unshare Calendar button.
