Comparison review: NEXUS 6 vs iPhone 6

With an increasing competitive smartphone market there have been a rage of bringing up with many new models and new flagship models, and it’s not just there for low end smartphones but even for the high end devices. With the advent of Nexus 6 there starts a range of comparison with many devices, this one is between iPhone 6 and Nexus 6. Apple Mobile brand iPhone 6 is the latest buzz and pre-ordered my many, but those who are not Apple lovers certainly want something that can give a tough competition to iPhone 6 and Nexus 6 brings poise.

DISPLAY

It comes with a 5.96 inch QHD screen, with 2,560×1440 pixel resolutions and a density of 493 ppi. An AMOLED screen technology used touch screen.

iPhone 6
iPhone 6 comes with a 4.7 inch retina HD LCD screen, with 1,334×750 pixel resolution and a density of 326 ppi. A HD screen.

DESIGN

Nexus 6
For Nexus 6 there is not much change, just a curved back, a large camera lens and a circular LED ring flash.

iPhone 6
Design for iPhone is new, a new blocked style with curved corners; it is much sleeker, thinner and well designed and much stylish.

SYSTEM

Nexus 6
Nexus 6 will work on Android Lollipop, which is the latest in the Android version.
It is powered by Quad core Snapdragon 805 clocked at 2.5GHz

iPhone 6
IPhone 6 runs on iOS 8.1 which is indeed the latest version for iOS.

CAMERA

It comes with a 13mp primary camera and 2mp selfie camera.

It comes with an 8mp iSight camera with 1.2mo selfie camera.

PERFORMANCE

For Nexus 6 there are two different internal storage models listed as 32GB and 64GB model and each have 3GB of RAM.

In the above given table it is quite easy to see which one bags on with more points, but for a better insight there is a proper description as to which one is better and why !!!

If we see the DISPLAY; then for Nexus 6 comes with a much better screen, with QHD screen and a much higher resolution of 2,5660 x 1440 pixel in comparison to iPhone 6 which is just 1,334 x 750 pixel. And with such a display Nexus can easily break down iPhone.

Then comes the DESIGN of both the devices, for Nexus it has a much brushed up design, whereas iPhone 6 has come with all new design although some taken from here and there but certainly a better one than Nexus 6. If we see the screen size then Nexus 6 has beaten up iPhone 6 with a remarkable 10 inch lead.

If we talk about the SYSTEM, then we can clearly see that both the smartphones have come up with new upgraded operating systems, for nexus it is the all new Android Lollipop which is very fast and interesting in comparison to iOS 8, where Nexus is more warming than Apple’s UI. The new material design has much more to give in comparison to Apple’s iOS 8. iPhone 6 still is power hungry whereas Nexus 6 comes out to be strong and has a better standby than iPhone 6.

For the CAMERA, iPhone 6 will discomfit Nexus 6, although for Nexus 6 the camera resolution may be high but if see for iPhone 6 it has been consistent in providing the best camera quality and picture quality.

Seeing the overall dynamics we can certainly judge as to which is best and why, Nexus 6 has come up with much better specs in comparison to the earlier models of Nexus. For iPhone 6 it is just another forfeit model of the iPhone series with not too many changes. And going through the price then Nexus 6 is much affordable than iPhone 6, Nexus 6 models come with 3GB of RAM which is in comparison much high than just 1GB RAM of iPhone 6.
