WhatsApp by default notify the message send, receive and read status by a tick mark; while successfully send the message from your phone it will be single green tick will be displayed. Once receive your message in recipients phone it will mark as a double green tick, if the recipients read your message it will be changed to a blue double tick mark. So senders easy to know about the message read status, sometimes people would like to read WhatsApp message without known senders. Option 1: Disable Read Receipts
On your WhatsApp goes to Settings -> Accounts -> Privacy, turn off the Read receipts option now sender don’t know about your mobile message read status. But the same time, if you send the message to others you will not know the recipients read status.
Option 2: Read Incognito mode
Install the Shh – WhatsApp Incognito app in your mobile from google play store and open the app go to Settings. Under Read in incognito mode to option select the “Both individual and group conversation”. Now if you receive any message from others this app will be open and displayed the sender’s message you can the message without known senders. Please be a note if you would like to reply the message this app will not support, it will be open the WhatsApp.
