Many companies take their products survey on particular interval. In larger companies have separate development team doing this work. But small level companies don’t have separate team for this development process. So they are spent more money for this survey. Make survey using Google Drive
Google forms provide the solution for make survey form without development knowledge and easy to develop.
Go to Google Drive login with your google account.
1. Click create button and select form. By default many form design available you can choose any one as you wish. Enter the Title and click OK button.
2. New Form page will be displayed. You can enter the Question Title and Question type as multiple choice.
3. Enter your question options and you can select the required question checkbox if you would like this question is mandatory.
4. If you would like to add more questions you can do the same process by click on the Add item.
5. After add the question and options you must set the Confirmation page settings as your needs.
6. Now the survey form will be ready, you must have publish this form to others. This process you can 2 way to send your customer or friends. Get the embed link and send via your newsletter or share link via Google plus, Facebook, twitter accounts.
7. Now in your Google drive account 2 files will be created. Survey form and Survey Responses form. You can view the survey results from this Survey Responses form
8. If you would like to edit the questions and options you can edit by Survey form. Your customer or friends will be view the your modified questions and option without resend the links.
9. You can download the Survey Responses as CSV, excel, pdf, HTML format.
